Our mission in this school was to set up mini library for them and had some activities based on English and Mathematics subjects. Day 2 is for English subject. After some introduction and ice breaking, we had activities based on their grade and I was partner with Fatin Arina to handle grade 8. After lunch, we had English explorace that have 7 checkpoints. I had to handle checkpoints 3 which is they need to arrange the words given. Although there were communication barriers, we tried our best to explain it. We mixed 4 languages(Arabic, Sign, Malay, English) to make sure they received the information.
(Day 3) ->INTAC Cambodia
On day 3, we focused on mathematics subject. We started our activities with aerobic with the student. Then, all of us (except me, Adli and Syazwan) focused on activities based on mathematics subject that was lead by Jen and Yue Ling. At the same time, three of us needed to set up the place for the library. We had to clean up the place and make layouts for the mini library. The teacher also helped us to clean up the place. After we finished it, Shazwan and I had to handle next slot for decoration while others unpacked the books. For decoration, we gave student color pencil and paper to make some art. Also the student needed to create a kite with limited material. They were very creative! After prayers and break, we continued with 'Sukaneka' that they needed to compete with each others. We can see the student really enjoyed the activities. Today is our last day to had activities with them. We end our activities with closing ceremony and the winner for the explorace was Usman's group.
